罗怡达历任淡水泉(北京)投资管理有限公司投资经理、广发证券资产管理(广东)有限公司权益研究部负责人。2024年1月加入兴银基金管理有限责任公司，现任权益投资部基金经理。
兴银景气优选混合A、C成立于2020年11月24日，截至2025年4月10日，其今年来收益率为9.54%、9.38%，成立来收益率为-27.22%、-28.88%，累计净值为0.7278元、0.7112元。
